Protection and processing of personal data

The following information relates to the protection and processing of personal data of visitors and/or customers of this website (hereinafter referred to as the "person concerned"), which is carried out by the "administrator" (DACHBAU s.r.o., with registered office at Obrněné brigady 20/20, 350 02 Cheb, ID number: 14431220 ).

The processing and protection of this personal data is governed by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the Protection of Personal Data") and the amendment of certain laws and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Processing of personal data by entering via contact forms

By agreeing to the processing of personal data, the person concerned gives his express consent to the above-mentioned processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to: info@dach-bau.cz or by sending a letter to the contact details of the management company.

The processing of personal data: name, surname, company name, telephone number and e-mail is necessary for the purpose of re-contacting and communicating the administrator with the person concerned, for the duration of the interest of the person concerned, and is carried out by the administrator.

Rights to correction, oblivion and access to the personal data of the person concerned

Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act, the data subject has the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time,

• request information from us on what personal data we process,

• request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,

• request a statement of this data from us and have it updated or corrected,

• request us to delete this personal data,

• contact us or the Office for the Protection of Personal Data in case of doubt regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data.
